Meet the Team
Tina Garrity -- Licensed Insurance Agent and Principal of Tri-State Senior Consultants
Tina is an experienced healthcare professional who began Tri-State Senior Consultants 11 years ago. Prior to becoming a health insurance expert in the tri-state area surrounding southeastern PA, Tina enjoyed a successful career in the Pharmaceutical and Managed Care Industry.
Aside from providing excellent customer service and time-tested expertise to clients, Tina is also an accomplished singer and enjoys being a mother to Danny and Christina and a wife to Andy. Tina is a graduate of Penn State University, and lives on the border of Delaware and Chester counties in the town of Thornton, PA.
Kathy Kutufaris -- Licensed Insurance Agent
Kathy is an Independent Insurance Agent offering Medicare plans. She helps people navigate the Medicare Process and advise them on their best plan choices relating to Medicare health insurance benefits. Although she is contracted with most of the major companies, being an Independent Broker allows her to have loyalty with a client, not the insurance company. Once you become Kathy's client, she becomes your service agent at no cost to you. She can help with claims issues, finding subsidy assistance if needed, and general service questions. Her motto is "treat all clients as if they are family".
Kathy has a B.S. from Pennsylvania State University in Health Policy Administration. She is married to fellow Penn Stater, and they are proud parents of five children. They live in Springfield, Delaware County.
Meg Kearney, Licensed Insurance Agent
Meg Kearney is a respected Health Care professional with over 30 years’ experience in the industry. This experience has given her a strong understanding of the ever-changing providers and healthcare systems throughout the greater Philadelphia area. A licensed independent Medicare Broker for the State of Pennsylvania, Meg is certified with all the top Medicare Advantage plans and Medicare supplements. After assessing her clients’ needs, Meg thoughtfully advises regarding the appropriate plan for each individual based on their healthcare priorities. According to Meg, "Nothing is more satisfying than knowing you helped your client navigate this complex Medicare environment and offered peace of mind without being limited to offering just one plan".
Meg is an alumna of St. Joseph’s University with a B.S. in Marketing. She lives in Media, Delaware County with her husband and two teenagers.
Katie Keenan -- Independent Insurance Agent
Katie Keenan is a new member of the Tri State family and is excited to continue her career with the team. Katie has experience in the Medicare sector as well as the Under 65 market of health insurance. She prides herself on being an independent agent who is knowledgeable about various different plans offered through many different insurance companies. Katie works closely alongside her clients to educate them on the different options they have to insure themselves and their families. She enjoys the ability to listen to a clients concerns and individual needs to help guide them to the plan that is best for them.
In her spare time Katie enjoys trips to the jersey shore with her family and friends as well as cooking new recipes. What she enjoys most about this career is the ability to educate clients on their choices and act as a continued resource for them.
Kristin McGuire -- Independent Insurance Agent (Bi-lingual English/Español)
Kristin is a licensed insurance agent. Kristin presents all of the options for Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement plans and works diligently so that clients can choose which plan meets all of their healthcare needs. With over 10 years teaching experience, Kristin enjoys helping others and providing information to them. She also has retirement account experience from previous work in the finance industry. Her primary goal is to help others as they navigate through the Medicare process. Continuing an ongoing rapport with her Medicare clients is something she strives to accomplish. Her fluency in Spanish helps Spanish-speaking clients with their Medicare questions.
She is a graduate of Immaculata University and has a Master's degree in Spanish from Millersville University. In her free time, she enjoys camping with her family, taking walks and baking.

Larry Mays, Licensed Insurance Agent
Larry has over 30 years of experience in the field of Information Technology (IT) as a seasoned corporate executive. His professional journey has included prominent roles at Fortune 500 companies, such as Unisys, ADT, Tyco, and private equity-owned SVP World, along with private equity startups like IBS Software Services. He has conducted business all over the world and has consulted in Forty cities in more than 35 countries, leading IT consulting engagements at world-leading companies.
In addition to his diverse professional and community roles, Larry is a licensed Medicare health insurance consultant in the state of Pennsylvania, showcasing his commitment to healthcare advocacy and support.
Andy Garrity, Licensed Insurance Agent
Andy is a new member of the team as of 2021, but he has extensive experience in healthcare and medical insurance. He is certified to represent most major Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement plans in the area. In addition, Andy can match clients not yet 65 years old with an individual Affordable Care Act (ACA) plan whether or not clients qualify for subsidies. Prior to joining Tri-State Senior Consultants full time, Andy worked in the pharmaceutical industry for almost 30 years in various US and Global positions.
Andy is a graduate of Penn State and has two master’s degrees in Finance (Marist College) and Health Policy (U Sciences of Philadelphia). He is married to Tina, and they have two children, Danny and Christina, and a dog, Macy.
Denise Baker, Licensed Insurance Agent
Denise Baker is a seasoned Customer Service Representative and Insurance Professional known for her efficient and organized approach to problem-solving. She has amassed valuable experience working with renowned companies such as the Philadelphia Insurance Company, Brown & Brown Insurance, and the Results Company, where she served as an ACA/Medicare sales consultant. During her tenure at the GeoBlue company, Denise specialized in selling health insurance for individuals traveling outside the US
